My Deviantart Story...I suppose the best place to start is in middle school.

My friend had recently turned me on to manga, more specifically Inuyasha and Tokyo Mew Mew. At first I just read the manga then I went to the internet craving more information and I stumbled upon a website run by (I believe) as well as a forum dedicated specifically to Tokyo Mew Mew called MewMewForums.

I joined an roleplay group with and others, many of which who were also on MewMewForums. A lot of artists on the forums had deviantart accounts which is what drew me here. If you take a look at my gallery from start to finish I wouldn't be surprised if 50% of the art is related to tokyo mew mew.

I'd like to take a pause in my story to give a shout out to all the tokyo mew mew artist I was either friends with or admired. These people in some way or another are why am here on deviantart today. (I'm sure there were more, but this is all I can remember right now...sorry if I left you out)

A handful of the above I still keep in contact with, though I really should reach out more. ;A; I'm sorry.

you have always been like an older sister to me and despite struggles we went through and how stupid I could be you were always there for me. And I'm forever grateful for that. I hope someday I get to meet you in person.

you are a dear friend. I'm so glad we got to meet up at that anime convention one year. You taught me a lot about art. You would always gave me advice and constructive criticism that I still believe helped me grow a lot as an artist. 

you are a male mew making machine lol. I'm glad we got to meet up that summer long ago. We tried to make a manga together called "In Between'. It didn't work out, but I had a lot of fun creating the characters and putting together the story with you. (RIP Kutsu and Okugi)

Also a shout out to I meet her early on in my DA career, but she wasn't related to tokyo mew mew. I adored and still do adore your anthro art and you inspired me to work more and develop my own anthro art style. Today I draw anthro more than anything else.

As time went on I slowly made friend with other artists usually through art trades/request or putting our OC and fan characters together. I made a lot of fan mew characters with people, but I won't list all of those. Thinking back I remember making a fun naruto team with

Sadly I have lost touch with a lot of these people...I miss all of you.


The middle of my deviantart career is a little fuzzy after that. Somewhere later I stumbled upon , which was the first roleplaying/art group I ever joined. It was a blast and is the reason I continue to join groups like that such as and . I've meet a lot of amazing artists and people because of these roleplaying groups.

The first person I really got to know in pokemon crossing was . You are a blast to roleplay with and I will forever adore our roleplaying ship Schmitty and Rosemary. 

Pokemon crossing is also where I met and his troublemaking character Onion. Our roleplays and conversations moved to skype. Even though we don't roleplay much anymore I appreciate you putting up with all my rants and insanity.

This was also the time I met . One night in chat we found out that we live only 15 minutes away from each other, and eventually met up. The first meeting was a bit awkward, but now we hang out all the time. Heather became and continues to be one of the best friends I've ever had. Even recently she been helping me through some really stressful. I'm really glad we were able to meet here. <3

While I really would love to write about every amazing person I've met here I getting drained. So I will make another list. Just know I love you all <3 and if we don't talk/roleplay as much anymore that I miss you. I fail at keeping in contact ):  :iconruhianna:
